As far as I know, forum's rules — http://www.voskres.ru/forarchive/faq.html — do not allow writing messages in English (and in any other foreign language) without translation. If you have no Russian keyboard on your computer, you can simply use transliteration (like this: 'Eto predlozheniye napisano v transliteratsii') and convert it into Russian by a converter (like this: http://www.kiev.com/pooh/win/lib/cifirica/online/cifirica.cgi)
Not all of the forum participants can read in English, so placing messages without Russian translation you do not allow them to take part in the discussion.
